Salesforce Technical Lead
Work Location: Los Angeles, CA
Term: Contract

No OPTs,

Mandatory Skills: Extensive Lightning experience and Leadership experience.

Required Skills:
Experience leading Salesforce teams and processes and understand software development methodology
Clear and effective communicator, comfortable collaborating with partners (both technical and non-technical) throughout the organization
Should have hands-on expertise in all of the following Salesforce technologies: Lightning, Visualforce, APEX, Process Builder, Triggers, Reports
Experience with version control, managing sandboxes and using automated deployment tools.
Should have experience working in onshore/offshore model.
Should be flexible in work timezones, be able to coordinate with the offshore team.
Should have some experience in planning and release management.
Very good in oral and written communication.
Preferred if the candidate has experience in both Classic and Lightening salesforce instances.
Should have interpersonal skills to effectively communicate establish effective working relationships with all levels of staff including developers, managers, users, business analysts and administrators and the ability to build cooperative and effective relationships with those groups.
