Position: System Administrator

Job Description:
Requirements:
• Must have at least 5 years of hands-on industry experience in a systems implementation and troubleshooting
• Must have Citrix experience and Windows server admin experience
• Experience managing and optimizing large Linux and Windows based enterprise systems
• Knowledge of Perl / Python / shell scripting
• Root cause analysis
• Capacity, backup and disaster recovery planning
• Experience in networking, computing, and storage systems engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Responsibilities:
• Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
• Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. Provide HW/SW installation and configuration of servers and workstations.
