Job Title: Network Engineer
Job location: Southlake, TX
Candidate will be working on the overall architectural construction of network programmability with focus on Service Orchestration, and its interactions with Service Design, Orchestration, Service Assurance, Policy, OSS and other network elements and change the way Verizon orchestration platform to fully automated platform. Working closely with various teams in designing the solutions for service design, orchestration, service assurance, inventory management, provisioning and activation, etc. in response overall changes in the network brought in by SDN, NFV and more. Special focus towards 5G network slicing & its intersection to Cloud-NFV System.
Must have Skills
Good in Networking concepts, Onap, Kubernetes, SDN NFV Orchestration, VNFM, Onap Administration & Architecture, Openstack, Network Services, wireline/wireless networks, 4G 5G networks
Primary Skills:
Good in Networking concepts, 3GPP System knowledge,3GPP SA 5, MME, HSS, EPC, eNodeB, 4G, 5G, Kubernetes Administration, CNCF Stack, ETSI MANO Concepts, NFVO, VNFM, SOL 001/003/004 specs, Python, Onap Administration & Architecture, Automation frameworks like Ansible, Chef, Puppet
