Immediate need of Test Program Manager, Atlanta, GA

Hi   Hope you are doing good,   We do have opening for Test Program manager , please review the JD and share me your interest   NO OPT (Passport number is mandatory)    Test Program Manager.  Location – Atlanta, GA   Responsibility: The essential duties and responsibilities include; but not limited to: · Develop & maintain Test Management strategy for enterprise testing of the initiatives in alignment with business goals · Work with key stakeholders to perform test planning for the initiatives/releases testing of the initiatives · Review business & technical requirements for clarity and testability, ensuring the QA team participates and provides feedback to the business and system analysts · Work with test architects and tower leads to determine test environment needs, test data requirements and coordinate provisioning or access to needed environments and test data · Determine test resourcing needs and create / coordinate the Level of Effort (LOE) for testing. · Ensure appropriate testing resources are forecasted and successfully procured in alignment with the overall test strategy and plan · Partner with program manager and product owner/analyst to ensure clear understanding of the Change Control Process · Actively participate in or lead daily test status meetings · Develop and manage work allocation of the various testing activities to the team · Conduct defect remediation calls and effective defect management · Ensure the organizational testing processes are being followed · Communicate any risks or issues to the enterprise program manager and other key stakeholders; Escalate as needed · Publish reports on status, risks and change control to all stakeholders · Identify automation needs, develop automation strategy and subsequent planning to achieve the desired test objectives · Determine performance testing needs, Initiate discussions with the performance test team and align on coordination and communication of performance testing for the initiatives   Requirements: · 10+ years of testing experience, specifically 5+ years of experience in healthcare industry · 4+ Years of test management experience in end-to-end testing life cycle in waterfall and Agile models · 6+ years’ experience in working multi-vendor projects to understand requirements, create and test approach, implementation till completion. · 4+ years of test program management experience in a professional team setting · 5+ years of project management skills · 4+ Years of experience in Automation, Defect Management, UNIX or Windows, MS office tools · Automation experience in tools like qTest or other equivalent tools · Experience in working with tools like JIRA for test defect management · Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to details · Work collaboratively with fellow team members towards a common goal -- Thanks & Regards   Guru  Technical recruiter  Direct no: 609- 785- 3230 Fax No:- 732-909-2441  Email:guru@ampstek.com   See what's happening on our social sites ‌ ‌ ‌
