Job Description:
JD for Workday Functional Consultant

• Extensive experience in Workday application – Around 8+ years exp
• Analyze and determine application, understand application functionality, understand testing strategies.
• Modules: Advanced Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.
• Good understanding of Advanced Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.
• Utilize IT Software Development Life Cycle methodology and Agile as they fit the initiative.
• Review Business Requirements and do gap analysis.
• Understand Workday Business Processes and Configuration
• Document Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Scripts.
• Execute test cases during SIT and document test results.
• Participate in UAT and triage defects.
• Test Lead capabilities
• Customer interfacing capabilities
• Test Case designing and execution in ALM
