• Architect the next generation of Payment Services and Authorize.net Applications by leveraging newer technologies.

• Write optimized and quality code.
Required Qualifications:
• C#,.NET 2.0-5.0 (ASP.Net, WCF, WF, ADO.Net, Asmx, WebAPI), Visual Studio 2015
• SQL Server, Transact SQL, Stored Procedures
• Client side technologies such as MVC(x), JavaScript, CSS/SASS, Angular JS, Bootstrap, React, JQuery, HTML/HTML5
• Unit Testing
• Designing and Developing Web Applications using Web-Services with understanding of commonly used design patterns
• Driven and self-motivated. Work creatively to solve challenging problems
• Willingness to work with different technologies
Nice to have:
• RDBMS database design, optimization and performance and/or No-SQL
• Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack (Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS) and Reporting Services (SSRS)) is a huge plus
• Strong experience profiling and correcting memory usage and threading issues, and optimizing code for performance
• Web services standards and related technologies (XML, XSL, X-Path, JSON, Rest, Soap, WS*), Web Security, Asp.Net Web security infrastructure
• Familiarity with Github
• Experience with Agile methodologies/SCRUM

• Must have 4 year bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Statistics
• 5 plus years of experience in SAS/SQL development
• Healthcare background or healthcare claims experience required
• Prefer PBM pricing development background experience.
• Proven project work with PBMs a plus
Responsibilities:
• Uplift current SAS/SQL modeling based on defined business requirements
• Incorporate data from various sources including SAS, SQL, Alteryx, and others.
• Provide solutions to efficiencies based on business requirements and future needs
• Solution for performance to quicken turn around times and high volumes of data
• Move majority of functionality from Excel to SAS/SQL to increase capabilities and move to future transformation of pricing goals
• Ability to create tools with SAS/SQL datasets without the user needing SAS/SQL access and knowledge
• Ability work with another consultant who will be creating tools using SAS/SQL datasets/processes without the user needing SAS/SQL access and knowledge
• Work closely with Project Manager, Pricing and actuarial leadership, and other internal stakeholders
• Experience with integrating different data models and systems to streamline performance and outputs
