Business Objects Administator Bartlesville,OK The Business Objects Administrator team has started the installs for an upgrade to the new 4.1 environment. We are looking for a resource that can participate in the upgrade work as well as provide a backfill for operational support during the project.
Responsibilities may include:
- Troubleshooting support tickets for operational issues
- Building improvements in Monitoring
- Managing security
- Working through a root/cause analysis and following up on action items
- Applying patches and upgrades as necessary
- Managing Promotions of reports through the Development, Test, Production process
