Inovalon's unique achievement of value is delivered through the effective progression of Turning Data into Insight, and Insight into Action.   The Senior SQL Analyst would be responsible to develop, engineer and architect scalable solutions by performing and using the findings of complex operational data analytics that will be supporting the automation needs of the various Operational teams. Will work closely with the managers of the Operations team to gain understanding of the Operational needs/requests and perform analytics to develop solutions that will support the various custom/Ad-hoc in nature business and Client requirements.     Responsibilities: Design, execute and implement IT Automation solutions and perform complex clinical and financial analytics as needed by clients and executive management, utilizing MS SQL Server Technologies & Microsoft.NET platform using best practices. Develop working solutions to custom client requirements and Data services automation requirements, keeping in mind product capabilities, scope limitations and the impact on integrated products employing SQL Server built in features and Microsoft .NET technologies. Design specific databases for collection, tracking, and reporting of administrative clinical data and Operational Product Data for IT Operational performance analysis using SQL Server Management Studio. Designs and develops software product applications for automating the manual Operational tasks across various Product offerings. Involved with full software development lifecycle including testing, implementation and auditing. Configuring the parameters, scheduling, and monitoring recurrent processing runs for the Inovalon’s client base. Support all the Operational service requests that come into the Data services ticket queue and ensure they are resolved within agreed upon SLAs. Design, code, test and debug custom SQL queries and generate financial, utilization, cost reports and IT Operational Performance metrics, using Microsoft SQL queries, SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server Reporting Services; Prepare documents and presentation materials describing multiplatform IT Automation design and solutions, analytic methods, observations and findings of analytics, and/or business logic flow employing MS office suite. Diagnosing, researching and addressing operational data requests and providing support to the Product execution teams. Should be able to Perform root cause analysis to identify data flow issues/ system performance issues and/or data discrepancy issues. Etc. Identify and Perform analytics on manual operational bottlenecks across various Product offerings for performance optimization and streamline IT operational deliveries. Ensures designs, code and processes are optimized for performance, scalability, security, reliability and maintainability. Assists less experienced peers with the Automation and Operational tasks, analytical functions and processes; and Use SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server Reporting Services to design, develop and perform advanced-level Data Analysis in support of the product offerings.     Qualifications: 5 years of experience in the job offered, or Senior Associate, Programmer Analyst, or related role; 4+ years of Microsoft SQL Server and other most common backend Microsoft technologies, including SSRS and SSIS; 3+ years hands-on experience in Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Unified Modeling Language (UML), stateless distributed architectures, and designing for scalability and performance; Strong knowledge and understanding of .NET 4.0 + Framework and .NET Core development techniques; Microsoft .Net (C#), WCF and complementary business layer and front-end technologies; Must be well-versed in SOA design patterns (e.g., Event-driven architecture, Complex Event Processing, In-Memory Caching, Canonical Data Modeling, Model-View-Controller); Experience in 12-factor app architecture, design, and implementation; Working knowledge of micro-service architecture pattern is preferred;  Experience and knowledge of multi-tier and cross-platform and cloud-based architectures is preferred; Experience in Pivotal Cloud Foundry or AAWS / Azure is a plus; Master’s degree plus 2 years of experience (preferred), Employer will accept a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study, plus at least 5 years of experience in the job offered, or Senior Associate, Programmer Analyst, or related role; Experience with analytics and data management or software development environment; 3 years of experience with involved or participated in the Automation initiatives; 1 year of experience using scripting languages like Python, Powershell, Groovy etc is a plus.   Best Regards Divesh Katoch 118 Carolynn Lane, Murphy Texas 75094 USA 4694981035 Email – divesh.katoch@exarcainc.com
