Working business team come up with User stories & update in Rally Tool
Work closely with IT team to understand and prioritize the User stories
Review the QA plan and drive QA activities
Prior experience of IT/Business analyst role in SFDC project
Experience in Agile delivery methodologies
Knowledge of SFDC CPQ is a plus
What is delivering to the client: Sales Project
Provide Agile based delivery of Application Enhancement and Functionalities as per Business Requirements
Utilize DevSecOPS model for Delivery
Support Client Technical Support Engineer application
Test script review and defect support
Deployment and post production support
Must have skills: 1. SFDC Analysis
2. Agile delivery and requirement gathering
3. Requirement Analysis
Nice to have skills: 1. CPQ
Industry experience: Communication and High Tech
