Robotic Process Automation Consultant /Developer
Consultants in the Automation practice work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automation services. The services include assessing client needs for automation, delivering proof-of-concept automations, process assessments, training, installation, strategic planning, process definition and solution design, and automation development and deployment.
We are currently looking for highly talented and experienced Consultants and Sr. Consultants with development expertise in Automation Anywhere to join our Automation practice.
Candidates must be based in the United States and live preferably in Dallas or anywhere in the Southwest, Midwest and willing to relocate.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work as part of, or leads, a team under the direction of an Engagement Lead to deliver consulting services to clients in both onsite and remote settings.
- Analyze, or lead the analysis of, client needs for automation and develop recommendations for the automation of work processes
- Design and deliver, or lead the design and delivery of RPA solutions in client environments
- Lead, or participate in, the development of client strategies for the technical and operating models for automation implementation
- Analyze, or lead analysis of, process automation requirements and design of automation solutions, architecture and logic
- Configure and test, or lead the configuration and testing of, automated processes prior to deployment into client environments
- Support or lead client testing of automated processes through user acceptance testing and pilot process testing
- Develop and assure documentation according to firm standards, best practices and standard operating procedures
- Install, or support the installation of, software and tools in client environments
Desired skills, qualifications and experience:
§ Demonstrated experience (5+ years) through all phases of the technology life cycle - requirements definition, architecture design, build/configuration, testing and operational transition
§ Strong track record, minimum 3+ years of RPA Development and implementation experience using Automation Anywhere
§ Certified developer in Automation Anywhere
§ Demonstrated experience in:
- Developing and supporting Metabots, RPA solutions including Work Queues and Bot Scheduling
- Bot Administration, Monitoring, Security, Deployment and RPA Center of Excellence concepts
- RPA Technologies such as - Web Recorder, E-mail Automation, Error Handling, Image Recognition, Screen Capture, String Operation, Terminal Emulator, Variable operation, XML, Window Action, Object Cloning, and Microsoft Excel processing
- Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services), Scripting languages (e.g., python, perl, powershell, bash, vbs, etc.) and/or Java, HTML, CSS
- Integration technologies – REST, JSON, XML, SOAP and/or Web Services (WS-*)
§ Demonstrated experience in Automation Anywhere Platform and Architecture
§ Experience with AWS, GCP and/or Microsoft Azure preferred
§ Exposure to typical business applications and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and Peoplesoft will be a plus
§ Demonstrated experience with Scrum / Agile development methodologies.
§ BA or BS in Technology, Math, Engineering with an emphasis on programming
§ May require occasional off-hours on-call support
§ Demonstrated experience in a continuous integration environment

§ Detail-oriented and able to learn and work both independently and with a team
