Skills Required: - Strong related work experience as a Business Analyst

Title: Reporting Business Analyst Location: Foster City, CA or Austin, TX Duration: 6 months+ Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Finance team and customer teams for understanding reporting and analytics requirements
- Design reports on need basis. Experience in a reporting platform is added plus
- Understanding of requisite data and reporting elements with summary capabilities and drill down/traceability to transactions
- Collaborate with global business partners and IT team to develop comprehensive and concise business requirements to help drive finance reporting solutions (Internal and External)
- Ability to work with finance users and able to understand their process and requirement.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing and validation of system changes for the global revenue systems in a complex and high-volume payment transaction-processing environment.
Skills Required: - Business analysis and/or systems analysis experience with large, multi-national, publicly traded companies.
- Expertise in reporting/data analytics is added plus
- Expertise in reporting tool – MicroStrategy or Tableau

Title: Sr. Business Analyst (Invesment Banking) Duration: 6 Months Location: Boston, MA Role Description - Strong experience of the BA team of a large multinational bank
- Drive and own requirements related activities Adept in requirements gathering, User stories writing, Functional Requirements and Specifications, Functional Solutions, Interfaces document, Test Scenarios etc.
- Orchestrate discussions with customer business teams and customer SMEs for eliciting of the exact requirements during requirement gathering exercise
- Work in conjunction with onshore-offshore team model for various incidents, problems and changes.
- Analysis and Communication of incident impact to various stakeholders in bank
- Adhere to defined Change Control Process of oracle/customer.
- Timely status reporting to supervisor.
- Work with project leads and make them understand the requirements and interfaces and testing team with E2E. UAT and SIT Scenarios
- Should be able to perform an in-depth analysis of source systems
Responsibilities - Candidate should have a very good depth of understanding of the overall Regulatory Market/Credit Risk Capital calculation.
- Candidate should preferably have experience being part of end-to-end implementation of FRTB regulatory changes.
