Role: SAP HCM Success Factors Compensation Senior Consultant
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas/ Remote in US
Duration: 8 Months
Responsibilities
• Subject matter expert on SuccessFactors Compensation Management
• Do the required configurations in the system and update the relevant documentation as per customer's requirement and process
• Contributes in preparing test plans and testing (including creation of test scenarios and test data)
• Effectively communicates risks and system issues with the business
• Liaison between business and technical team to define any integration requirements
• Defining potential improvements to processes and systems to improve the compensation process
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience as HCM Consultant and should have worked on minimum 2 end to end SuccessFactors implementations or support projects in area of Compensation and Variable Pay
• SuccessFactors Certified consultant in Compensation and Variable Pay
• In depth understanding SuccessFactors Data Model Changes, Provisioning Configurations, Quarterly updates process, Integration between modules
• Hands on experience in Maintaining Configuration Workbooks, configuring XML data models, Workflow Definitions, RBP definitions.
• In depth understanding of SF data processes and reporting.
• Good understanding of the compensation cycle for a global organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with business and IT community
