pure POS support and heavy on application support, we need L2 Support candidates that have good communication skills and are used to L2 POS support. 1. communication skills, at least 60% application support experience

2. proficient in debugging (Debugging which Skill and what level)

- if a service fails, the person needs to be able to detect the reason behind it. It's less about years of experience and more that they have good experience with general skills like application installation, windows service, sql

3. Experience or good Knowledge with Service Now

4. strong ability to work closely with customers

- experience with remote installation of softwares

- exposure of Metl, Symmetric DS

- AWS experience in handling production support of store systems -
