Job Description:

Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, SDLC environments.
Oracle HCM Cloud Techno Functional expert with experience implementing, configuring, and testing Global HCM, Benefits, Incentive Compensation, Workforce Compensation and Employee/Manager Self Service
Must have at least two end to end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience.
Experience required with the following HR processes: HCM Core, Workforce Administration, Benefits Management, Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation & ADP Payroll Interface
