Hi, Hope you are doing well, We have urgent position for you, please check below details…   Role: Workday-Techno-functional Consultant Location: Camden, NJ Duration: 12+ months   Key Responsibilities ·        Act as subject matter expert and provide functional support for Workday configuration in HCM, Security, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning ·        Assess HR business requirements and understand new strategies to optimize system to meet evolving business needs ·        Provide second-level support of Workday to end users including assistance, training, and issue resolution ·        Utilize EIBs to make mass updates in Workday for compensation updates, job changes, etc. ·        Make security assignments in accordance with Workday operation procedures and system set up ·        Configure system fixes/enhancements in production ·        Test documented procedures, maintain and update as needed ·        Lead the troubleshooting process to understand errors encountered by end-users ·        Support the implementation of additional Workday functionality as required ·        Manage testing and documentation for weekly and semi-annual releases and enhancements/initiatives and reporting ·        Create and maintain reports using standard formats to address short and long-term business needs ·        Utilize Workday community to research and network with other users to brainstorm system solution ·        Actively research for new enhancements and releases in Workday, and continually challenge decisions to deliver an HRIS environment with is empowering for a global community ·        Ability to lead as a technical expert; from gather requirements, design, development, testing until deployment ·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to partner with business, HRIS teams including technical and non-technical at all levels ·        Ability to successfully juggle multiple projects and priorities and able to shift direction quickly when priorities change ·        Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow through.   Education and Experience Required ·        Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Human Resource, Business, or related field 4 - 6 years of experience in HR Technology ·        At least 1-2 years of experience in Workday configuration, preferably in HCM, Security, Talent, and Recruiting ·        Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation Ability to handle highly confidential matters and materials with discretion and a high degree of professionalism ·        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment ·        Flexible and able to handle competing and changing priorities and expectations ·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities ·        Ability to collaborate across the organization to drive projects forward ·        Workday certifications ·        Implementation & Support projects experience is a must   -- Naveen Miyyadi Sr. Resourcing Specialist RNR IT Solutions | 7800 Preston Rd, #126,  Plano | TX 75024  Ph: 339-244-3989 | Alt: 339 234 9090 Fax: 469-666-9189 ​ Current Open Positions: http://rnrits.com/careers/   Confidentiality Note: This email and any attachments are confidential and may be protected by legal privilege.If you are not the intended recipient, be aware that any disclosure. copying, distribution or use of this e-mail or any attachment is prohibited.
