| · In-depth experience in developing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions (reports, metrics, dashboards, and scorecards) as typically acquired in 8+ years. · Must have extensive development, architecture, and configuration skills in Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012 specifically. · Strong experience building operational transactional data into dimensions and fact tables. · Demonstrated experience and/or expertise with SQL Server Reporting Services and using advanced Excel features and techniques are required. · Experience working with a variety of information systems and data files, including large and complex files: analyzing file structure, using and creating file layouts, transforming raw data into finished products, e.g. trending and reports is required. · Project Management experience. · 8+ yrs. SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) hands on ETL, experience. · 8+ yrs. SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) hands on OLAP architecture experience. · 5+ yrs. experience with a data warehousing environment. · Datawarehouse certifications (preferred) | |
| Position # 2: | Lead Scrum Master / Agile Coach (solid Scrum Master with documented Agile experience (certification), last 5-6 years been in exclusive ScrumMaster role. Ideally targeting Agile Coach experience, but MUST have solid ScrumMaster background) |

| Duration: | 6 -12 months contract |
| Description: | Must be a Scrum Master, and strongly prefer someone who has acted as an Agile Coach ideally. Being newer to being an Agile Coach is okay if they have a solid Scrum Master background. · 10+ Years of solid Project Management experience. · Experience is playing the Scrum Master role for at least 4 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. · Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc. · Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games. · Familiarity of working in data management/BI/Big-Data projects is a plus. Experience in working with DevOps teams will be an advantage. · The experience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: various Burndown technologies, many Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.). · Excellent communication and mentoring skills. |
