Role: Tableau Lead developer. Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY. Duration: 6+ months (Extendable). Start date: ASAP.   1.    8+ years of overall experience and minimum 5 years of excellent experience on Tableau designing and developing solutions. 2.    Develop Tableau Dashboards in line with the business requirements following best practices in design and tuned for optimum performance. 3.    Experience in Data Modeling and Business Analytics. 4.    Experience in Designing and Deployment of Enterprise Tableau Architecture, Administration and Operational Management. 5.    Experience in recommending best practices for building data visualizations using Tableau. 6.    Ability to work independently with client, understand the requirements and recommend solution. 7.    Strong analytic skills and ability to develop and implement analytical data models and dashboard and reports using Tableau to enable customers to analyze data and make business decisions. 8.    Good understanding of Relational Databases, Relational Data model, SQL and concepts of implementing Data Level security in RDBMS. 9.    Experience in installation of required software and making required configuration changes in Tableau Server 10. Experience with creation of users, groups, projects, workbooks and the appropriate permission sets for Tableau server logons and security checks. 11. Ability to analyze performance issues and recommend optimizations for best performance. 12. Hands on with Data cleansing using Tableau Datasource Editor and Tableau Prep.
