Hi, Job Title:Salesforce Ligthning Developer Location:Richmond, VA & Washington, DC  Job Description: •Hands on experience in Salesforce Development and Administration •5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a developer capacity with a minimum of 1 year on salesforce Lightning platform •Minimum 5+ years of solution experience: defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing business solutions within Salesforce using custom development methods •5+ years of technical experience in a hands on technical leadership position •Direct development experience with Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ •Experience with Apex, VisualForce pages, Custom Apex Web Services development as well as writing unit test case •Experience in developing integrations with external API’s and services •Good understanding of information security requirements and best practices •Thorough knowledge of Salesforce configuration. •Experience with newer features like visual workflow and process builder are a plus. •Multiple Salesforce project deployments including release and environment management •Multiple Salesforce certifications preferred (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer required) •Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment •Experience in training and writing training documentation •Mastery of client/server and distributed applications, project life cycle, and the basics of technical operations (networks, data center, database, integration, and migration activities) •Development Methodology – has mastered, and understands common development models including waterfall and agile processes •Mastery of unit testing, software change management, software release management •At least 5 years’ experience writing software derived from use cases •Some Enterprise Architecture experience desired •Experience implementing Federated Security models •Understands Systems engineering techniques (i.e., portfolio analysis, analysis of alternatives, architecture modeling) We want 10+ years of experience.
