Hello,   Business Analyst with RPA Chicago, IL Long Term     DESCRIPTION: Looking for a high-energy, collaborative, Business Analyst in US with specialized knowledge in analyzing business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be automated for a Retail environment. If you are a goal-oriented, innovative thinker we are looking for an experienced Process Analyst to join our team for building enterprise automation solutions around Business and IT operations. They will join the Products and Platforms team in UST Global®.  This person will be involved in the pre-discovery and discovery of the use cases for automation for a retail client. The ideal candidate should have experience in Process analysis and should have good experience in discovering potential areas for automation including technical feasibility and defining ROI. The candidate should be able to articulate the requirements clearly and should be able to translate and document the requirements for the technical team. The candidate should be a proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to make decisions and accept responsibility and risk. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.  RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for potential automation candidates in a Retail environment  • Collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts • Facilitate process workflow modelling for process improvements and automation capabilities  • Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns • Identify issues and risks • Identify the inconsistencies and problems for the customer • Participate in the problem resolution • Prepare incident details for post-mortem incident reviews  • Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review • Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all policies and processes • Create the business requirement document, use case document and diagrams  • Act us the bridge between the technical team and the customers business operation team • Work independently and engage customers  REQUIREMENTS: • 10 years of experience in business analysis • Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Financial Management or similar relevant filed • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Outstanding communication and presentation skills • Should have Critical thinking, Creative problem-solving skills and analytical skills • Should be Data-driven • Experience in different development methodologies (Agile, Lean Product Development, Waterfall) • Must have capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently • Good understanding on RPA and automation tools in the industry • Expertise in establishing processes and practice assets for large teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and charismatic presence for public speaking     Susan Assistant Resource Manager Saxon Global Inc. p: 972-550-9346 Ext-205 d: 972-607-4307 a: 1320 Greenway Drive, Suite #660, Irving, TX w: www.SaxonGlobal.com e: susan@saxonglobal.com
