Job Title: Workday Technical Expert/ Wprkday BA/ Workday Techno functional

Job Location: Sunnyvale CA

Job Type: TP/Contractor

Workday Technical Expert Job Description:

· Should have strong understanding of all the aspects of software development cycle and Workday methodology; also should have good experience in Waterfall/Agile methodology

· Strong technical expertise developing integrations with Workday integrations tools – Web Services, EIB, Studio, DTI, Core Connectors, CCB, CCTPP, and similar

· Strong experience in creation of custom fields using complex logic, custom reports, BIRT

· Needs to have good experience in designing/maintaining Workday Business Processes in various HCM modules

· Will have the need to develop relationships with both end users (business) and technology streams for developing test plans, testing, and optimization

· Should have excellent communication skills, and be able to coordinate with business users for requirements/alignment

· Preferred – experience in documentation of process flow diagrams

Workday BA Functional Requirement:

· Five (5) years of professional experience implementing and supporting HR systems, with 3 years of experience configuring and implementing Workday HCM.

· Extensive experience in Workday configuration, business processes and security setup.

· Functional knowledge on Workday in either the HCM modules including Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR and Talent; or Financial Modules including GL, Cash, Supplier Accounts, Contracts, Assets, Projects, Reporting).

· A detailed understanding of integration systems and related security.

· Strong problem solving, data analysis and data audit experience along with organizational and interpersonal skills.

· Principal Accountabilities

· Partnering with others drive requirements gathering, business process reviews, solution designs, project management, testing, training, and document functional specifications.

· Collaborate and implement Workday administrative functions (security, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations and upgrades.

· Lead and guide during implementation bi-annual Workday releases and other system releases, determining impact, participating in testing for new system features and impacts to implementation timeline.

· Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
