Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant Location: Dallas, Tx Duration :Long Term   Job description:   Technical/Functional Skills:   Relevant experience 10+ years Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training. Having expertise in Rapid Implementation template to do configuration Oracle ERP Cloud expertise  in at least two or more of SCM modules: Order Management , Inventory , Procurement, Logistics Experience in Supplier Planning , Product Data Hub and Supplier Analytics would be added advantage Good understanding in downstream Finance modules like AR is necessary Understanding of File based data import and export Understanding of OTBI reporting is must Understanding of integration using webservices / REST API is must Experience as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least 2 Oracle ERP Cloud project A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in multiple end-to-end implementations / support projects of Oracle eBS (R12 & 11i) involving Financials modules  across  industry  domains Prior Project or Team management experience in the Implementation engagement would be added advantage 10 + ( At least 2 Years in Cloud and 8 + in Oracle R12) Work directly with Business User as an Oracle Cloud SCM functional expert. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments Gather, analyze business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis Active participation in preparing various project documents – Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training materials. Explain the business requirement to other team members in the project Write functional requirement documents Create and execute test scenarios in various test environments Works closely with users during user acceptance testing phase   Generic Managerial Skills:   Provide reports to management. Build and maintain relationship with customer key contacts and show acumen to suggest and run process improvement initiatives. Results oriented and self-motivated, with strong business insight.
