Description :
Position Requirements: - Make recommendations and propose system solutions to meet business requirements.
- Design the data and technical system changes.
- Lead development of data and technical changes, and validate and implement the data and technical changes provided by the vendor (Hands on involvement is a must – will be expected to code).
- Act as liaison with the vendors, development teams and business users to create and finalize end-to-end technical solutions.
- Supervise the creation of operation support manuals and helpdesk documentation for production systems.
- Update system documentation as changes/enhancements are deployed to ensure accuracy.
Success in this role requires in-depth knowledge and hands-on technical skills, with strong leadership, development management and communication skills. The ability to work effectively within BTS, various vendors and business teams to develop solutions that meet technology standards and business needs is required. Responsibilities: - Design the solution based on the business requirement, best architecture practices and coding standards for the project
- Lead the development to build application using Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and Marketing Cloud.
- Implement, follow and improve code versioning and code branching strategy using existing tools
- Work collaboratively with a high performance agile team to deliver quality code within time line.
- Building custom solutions using Salesforce.com configuration and customization.
- Actively participate in requirement discussion, design, development, validation/testing and deployment activities
- Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members
Must Haves: Software Expertise: - Hands on experience in Salesforce Development and Administration
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a developer capacity with a minimum of 1 year on salesforce Lightning platform
- Minimum 5+ years of solution experience: defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing business solutions within Salesforce using custom development methods
- 5+ years of technical experience in a hands on technical leadership position
- Direct development experience with Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ
- Experience with Apex, VisualForce pages, Custom Apex Web Services development as well as writing unit test cases
- Experience in developing integrations with external API’s and services
- Good understanding of information security requirements and best practices
- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with newer features like visual workflow and process builder are a plus.
- Multiple Salesforce project deployments including release and environment management
- Multiple Salesforce certifications preferred (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer required)
- Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
- Experience in training and writing training documentation
- Mastery of client/server and distributed applications, project life cycle, and the basics of technical operations (networks, data center, database, integration, and migration activities)
- Development Methodology – has mastered, and understands common development models including waterfall and agile processes
- Mastery of unit testing, software change management, software release management
- At least 5 years’ experience writing software derived from use cases
- Some Enterprise Architecture experience desired
- Experience implementing Federated Security models
- Understands Systems engineering techniques (i.e., portfolio analysis, analysis of alternatives, architecture modeling)

- Ability to effectively communicate and present to stakeholders across multiple departments
- Lead meetings and collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Self-starter, ability to lead and drive through to resolution with minimal supervision
- Team player with desire to learn different skills and become a catalyst to the team’s productivity
- Experience with Agile methodology (SCRUM) & tools (JIRA, Agile Accelerator etc.)
Preferred/ Nice-to-haves: - Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer II
