POSITION 1
Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
Location: Chanhassen, MN
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description:
· Solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
· Good functional/technical of SFMC functionalities including AMPscript, SQL, automation studio, landing pages and journey builder etc.
· Strong consulting and/or marketing technology implementation experience.
· Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. technical lead, functional lead, work stream lead, solution architect, project manager)
· Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
· Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and document the business process flows
· Create and maintain the Functional Specs documentation and work collaboratively with the team to test and deploy the system changes
· Strong presentation, relationship and interpersonal skills required for internal interaction
· Advanced knowledge of SCRUM and experience working in highly agile environments.
· Usage of tools like JIRA is very much desired
· Ability to support/mentor the development team during the sprints and manage the sprint backlogs
· Ability to do modify front end configuration is a must
· Experience in Data migration and Integration is an added advantage
POSITION 2
Title : Salesforce Architect
Location : Perrysburg, OH
Duration: Long term
Job Description:
The candidate will responsible for owning and driving business requirements as well as developing functional designs to create effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements.
· Candidates should be able to facilities solution design trade off session
· Driving collaborative Customer Service business process, business requirements and functional design discussions with clients, focusing on business value to make real-time design decisions
· Supporting change management and business readiness activities to deploy Service Cloud, Field Service Lighting and/or Communities to end users
· A minimum of 9 years of experience developing salesforce customizations, (VF/Apex/Lightning),integration and developing and executing data migrations.
· A minimum of 9+ years’ experience defining designing, delivering and deploying salesforce based technical solutions in the capacity of accountable or responsible contributor
· A minimum of 4 years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex salesforce implantation.
· Proven ability to build, manage and Agile team oriented environment
· Manage functional project team members.
· Running workshops, working closely with client, able to talk about tradeoffs e.g. terms of config vs code.
· Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce Service Cloud features and functionality.
· At least one Developer track certification-Platform developer1.
· At least one Cloud consultant certification either (service cloud/Community/Field service lightning).
POSITION 3
Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: Long term
Job Description:
Must Haves:
Software Expertise:
· Hands on experience in Salesforce Development and Administration
· 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a developer capacity with a minimum of 1 year on salesforce Lightning platform
· Minimum 5+ years of solution experience: defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing business solutions within Salesforce using custom development methods
· 5+ years of technical experience in a hands on technical leadership position
· Direct development experience with Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ
· Experience with Apex, VisualForce pages, Custom Apex Web Services development as well as writing unit test cases
· Experience in developing integrations with external API’s and services
· Good understanding of information security requirements and best practices
· Thorough knowledge of Salesforce configuration.
· Experience with newer features like visual workflow and process builder are a plus.
· Multiple Salesforce project deployments including release and environment management
· Multiple Salesforce certifications preferred (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer required)
· Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
· Experience in training and writing training documentation
· Mastery of client/server and distributed applications, project life cycle, and the basics of technical operations (networks, data center, database, integration, and migration activities)
· Development Methodology – has mastered, and understands common development models including waterfall and agile processes
· Mastery of unit testing, software change management, software release management
· At least 5 years’ experience writing software derived from use cases
· Some Enterprise Architecture experience desired
· Experience implementing Federated Security models
· Understands Systems engineering techniques (i.e., portfolio analysis, analysis of alternatives, architecture modeling)

· Ability to effectively communicate and present to stakeholders across multiple departments
· Lead meetings and collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
· Self-starter, ability to lead and drive through to resolution with minimal supervision
· Team player with desire to learn different skills and become a catalyst to the team’s productivity
· Experience with Agile methodology (SCRUM) & tools (JIRA, Agile Accelerator etc.)
