Job Description:
UX designers to aside in the UX wireframes creation as well as create UX standards for Client
- Clear UX design process
- Experience conducting user research studies and synthesizing results
- Ability to sketch and explore alternative solutions quickly
- Familiarity with usability heuristics and best practices
- Good working knowledge of core interface and interaction design principles (typography, grids, hierarchy, mobile first, responsive, patterns, platform conventions, accessibility standards and so on)
- Ability to create intuitive and engaging user flows
- Solid experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Axure, Sketch or Invision.
- Ability to prioritize your workload and perform effectively to tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate your ideas clearly and confidently to peers, partners & customers
- Comfortable receiving constructive feedback
- A flexible, positive, solution orientated, can-do attitude
