Contract Position. Richmond,VA   Minimum 8+ years of Experience required. Business Requirements Analysis: Health Care Industry experience will be an added advantage. Must have: Agile, Sprint Planning, Grooming experience. Works very tightly with the client and other team leads during requirements creation to ensure alignment of wireframes and UX designs meet business requirements and development constraints. Designs screen mockups and user process flows. Translates high level Business requirements to actionable stories Negotiates with stakeholders in regards to scope and delivery. Manages requirement traceability information and track requirement status throughout the process. Identifies and communicates potential process improvements to the BA Manager.
