Job Title Sr. Business Analyst Location San Leandro, CA Duration 12+ Months Contract Job Description:  Required Skills: • Overall experience of 15 years + with 10+ as a BA. Must have created Business Requirements Documents. • Must have experience with customer onboarding and BSA (Banking Secrecy Act) /AML (Anti Money Laundering) compliances. • Banking/Financial Domain experience required • Should have lead level experience. Should be able to interact with business and product teams. • Good articulation and negotiation skills. • Strong in creating general experience flow and page layouts for new experiences • Strong organizer/driver who can fully understand the scope and business needs • Drive completion of the deliverables necessary in an agile environment • Experience evaluating business processes and systems • Experience Performing requirements analysis • Experience creating process flow diagrams • Independent leader – who can work with minimal or no inputs • Excellent communication and soft skills • Excellent logical and analytical skills • Ability to quickly respond to demanding situations by putting in extra efforts     Thanks!
