8 years experience in tool implementation, administration and support.

Knowledge of log formats for syslog, http logs, and DB logsTechnical advisory role in implementation and architecture design Review and prepare monthly status reports and statisticsFollowup on incidents, issues, and concerns related to the tool Monitor communication channels to detect threats to assets and information Knowledgeable in IM, PM, CM processes Strong debugging and problem resolution skills Maintain system documentation
