Deliverables & Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
· Identify transformation opportunities in Sales as well as LE processes by pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance business processes.
· Define strategic direction for pricing tools, determine business needs and design & deliver technical Sales and Logistics solutions
· Production support for master data updates as well as resolving ad-hoc production issues.
· Help EDI team with integration technologies including working with different inbound and outbound IDOCs and handling issues related to interfaces with third party systems.
· Resolving SD and LE cross functional MM, WM, PP and FI integration issues .
· Order Management / Order Processing configuration: Pricing, sales order types, item categories, schedule line categories, text determination, incompletion procedures, route determination, and transportation planning.
· Ability to explain various SD business scenarios / core business processes
· Solid SD integration experience with MM, FI, CO, PP, WM…basically the core modules within SAP
· Configuring output: order confirmations, invoices, proforma invoices, pick tickets, bill of ladings, packing slips, etc.
· Define user requirements and corresponding system specifications, and produce clear, concise documentation.
· Working with ABAP team to Implement enhancements via User Exits, and ABAP development
