Title: Technical Architect (Salesforce)
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Seattle, WA

Desired Product Qualities / Experience:
Has worked directly with sales, operations, marketing, etc. units to understand business issues, gather requirements and translate into actionable user stories
Experience partnering with technical resources (i.e. architects, admins, devs) to develop complete solutions with consideration to end user experience, leadership insights needs and the existing technical ecosystem
Can-do attitude with a strong desire to contribute to the team; healthy sense of urgency
Understands the need for business tradeoffs and can clearly summarize / articulate for a leadership audience
Ability to quickly conceptualize processes and quickly assess for technical complexity
Strong communicator (both written and oral), organized writer
Experience working in Agile environment, with at least bi-weekly cadence
Nice to have experiences:
Past life as an SFDC Admin or Dev (see qualities below)
Rally / Jira / Agile Craft user
Data analytics / insights building
Desired Admin Qualities / Experience:
Worked in sales facing SFDC orgs, with multiple selling channels and selling support teams
Light data analysis / insights / Business Analyses
Experience working with devs to partner on solutions
Data loading / mapping between systems
Has worked in LEX (Lightning), created users/profiles, custom objects, process builders, validations
Has spent time conducting UAT, triaging defects and providing inputs to improve processes
Strong communicator, unafraid to poke holes in a process and ask questions
Nice to have experiences:
Technical Documentation (e.g. mapping objects, fields, processes)
Ability to create/read basic test classes and debug logs
Data Tools (DemandTools, Cloudingo)
Service Cloud
Marketing Automation (Pardot, Marketo)
3rd Party Selling Apps (InsideSales.com, Outreach.IO, prospecting tools, etc.)
Funnel management dashboards / reporting
