Job Description :-    Understand business requirements and translate these into technical solutions based on the     chosen platform.  Design and create the underlying data structure and data flows to support the application build. Design and build web & mobile interfaces on the Force.com platform using Visual force, Apex and other available tools.   Undertake R&D, prototyping. Integration and end to end system testing and performance tuning of application & documenting the same.  Data modelling, data migration and both API and user interface development principles.  Experience developing and customizing Salesforce.com application via web services, SDFC Analytics, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Eclipse IDE, Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards.   Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications.   Manage multiple assignments and deadlines Manage day to day development activities on the salesforce.com platform using Apex and Visual Force and analytics & Reporting. Support the creation of customizations and integrations required to solution delivery.   Configure the Salesforce.com application based on the business requirements. Develop custom applications using apex, visual force, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS.
