Kindly check the following position and let us know if you are interested in this role.   Program Manager, Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud San Mateo, CA   Description: Summary: The Program Manager is responsible for leading the program with effective project management and oversight across all phases of the project. The primary responsibilities will include leading the team in the implementation of Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud applications. The Program Manager will define and manage the project plan, manage status, RAID logs, and collaboration with all key stakeholders - including senior directors and C-suite executives. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation team and project stakeholders in the successful planning, execution, monitoring and control of the program. Manage day-to-day project activities and collaborate with other projects managers in the PMO to keep the project on track, mangage issues, mitigate risks, and track decisions/dependencies. Ensure timely competition of all critical project activities across a rapid cloud implementation methodology. Present and influence program leadership on decisions and solutions. Deliver complex enterprise applications projects from initiation to launch. Ability to manage project managers as direct reports. Requirements: Excellent experience managing large-scale Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, or SCM) implementation projects with Oracle Fusion Cloud. Experience with Workday and Salesforce preferred. At least 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP and HCM Cloud. Certifications preferred. 7 experience as a program manager with Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. Previous experience as a lead program manager. Hands-on experience in implementing 3-4 large-scale enterprise projects. Excellent communication, team management, stakeholder management, and service delivery skills.
