Hi Team – Pl share few good profiles of Monitoring Support Specialist role. This role is part of Global Commend Center Operation of Freddie and shift time is between 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM EST. We are looking for candidate who has good exp in various Traditional monitoring tools like Elastic Stack, Prometheus & Cloud Based Monitoring tools like Cloud Watch & Cloud Trail. Good Understanding for ServiceNow as ticketing tool and strong in Python Scripting

 

Monitoring Support Specialist– 1 Position

 

Location: Herndon, VA

Duration: Long Term

Shift Timing: 3^rd Shift (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM EST)

RATE+ $500/week as Shift Allowance for 3^rd Shift

Responsibilities

 

·         Enable monitoring rules and trend dashboards for multiple IT Systems (traditional & cloud-based technologies)

·         Setup alerts and thresholds for notification and escalation to incidents

·         Configure the monitoring tools with instructions for corrective actions and scripted response.

·         Enable suppress of monitoring and alerting during change, maintenance windows and major incidents

 

Qualifications

 

·         5+ years of experience in IT Operations and monitoring technologies like Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Cloud Watch & Cloud Trail

·         Good experience with agile methodology and delivery mechanism.

·         Good exposure or experience with ServiceNow usage and navigation and reporting

·         Good experience in scripting and programming using JAVA & Python

·         Soft Skill: Verbal and Written communication, Time management, customer service orientation, multi-tasking, self-motivated and team work

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline and field experience.

·         Certification in ITIL and other technologies preferred.
