Kindly check the following position and let us know if you are interested in this role.   Lab Analyst South SF, CA   Job Description Projects & Duties:�  � Finish migrating Lab PCs to the new Acronis1 backup server � Troubleshoot backup errors happening now on Acronis1. Work with Acronis support as necessary � Proactively identify and replace oldest Lab PCs � Track down missing serial number info to confirm warranty status of Lab PC inventory � SecureLab VPN project: help deploy the GlobalProtect VPN client and confirm configuration for those lab PCs that have been identified as not needing Internet access � Audit ChemDraw installs and work with IT on creating an upgrade package to get all users up to at least version 16 � Work on tickets assigned to the "Lab Systems queue in Myo's Helpdesk ticketing app � Monitor status of scheduled Instrument Data backup jobs. Identify & remediate issues causing these data copy jobs to fail � Support a building move planned for Q1 2020.
