Hands on experience in coding on latest version of IBM BPM.
· Handling individually from end to end implementation of Business requirement with minimum follow-up.
· Good in Client interaction and articulation skills, participating in requirement gathering, highlighting the pros & cons to the business from product perspective and status reporting
· Design and build co-ordination with offshore and other stakeholders whenever and wherever required.
· Having good analyzing skills in identifying RCA for the Non-production and production issues with good troubleshooting skills.
· Delivering the activities within the defined timelines with high quality.
· Participate in client status calls and offshore handover calls.
· Knowledge on IBM IID, Informatica will be added advantage.
