Please go through the below job description, If you are comfortable with JD share your updated resume with contact details .   Title : Java Application Analyst Location :  Pittsburgh, PA Duration : 12+ Months Contract Interview  : Phone and Skype   Description:   The candidate will analyze existing business system and designs business models and software applications. The application will facilitate communication between Operations Research and end-users. More specifically, they will be responsible for rebuilding a legacy application to support modern application architecture, as well as add new functionality to support changing business rules and logic for near and long term utilization. The application is developed using the Struts Framework, which is based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) design paradigm. The application is deployed on a WebLogic server running on a Linux server. All the development done is in the Windows environment using Eclipse IDE. JSP and HTML are used in the view layer and Java is used for model and controller layers.    Essential Functions    * Implements programming languages such as Eclipse, TOAD, Java, SQL, PL/SQL, and HTML. * Programs and designs the software applications * Responsible for performing unit and system testing, including monitoring and validating test results * Writes technical documentation in accordance with business framework * Collaborates with other departments for problem resolutions      Minimum Education    * Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or related ?eld required; in addition to minimum experience, a Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of experience in software development with exposure to object oriented languages and mathematical/rule based modeling is accepted in lieu of Master's degree. Minimum Experience    * Demonstrated application (could be in an academic setting) of one or a combination of the following: Java (JavaBeans, JDBC, RMI, JSF, Spring, WebLogic), SAS, Shell Scripts, Struts Framework, SQL, PL/SQL; Tools - Rational Rose, Eclipse, TOAD; Databases Oracle; Operating systems - UNIX, LINUX to analyze or design business models and software applications.   Experience with: Java WebLogic Struts or Oracle                       Regards Devendra Yadav VSG Business Solutions 221 Cornwell Dr Bear, DE Phone: 302-261-3207 Ext: 122
