Job Description:

Experienced on CRM requirement definition and implementation process

Work with business to extrapolate and refine requirements and provide leadership in the decision making process

Perform requirements analysis, fit/ gap and estimates. Get clarification on design from product owners and capability leads

Facilitate agile development and sprints
