Please let me know your thoughts on this exciting opportunity with us.      Role: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant Location: Pasadena CA, Pleasanton CA, Lake Oswego OR, Denver CO and Atlanta GA Duration of Project: 12+ Months C2C & W2, Full Time/Permanent.                           Job Details: •             Dynamics CRM Certifications •             Experience with Dynamics CRM 365 Solution architecture & design •             Experience in designing and integrating MS Dynamics solutions •             Detailed working knowledge of plug-ins and workflow entities , business processes, reports. •             Experience mapping requirements from out of the box CRM functionality to identifying the specific needs for customizations. •             Lead development teams and provide standards guidance related to integration, data conversion and through all phases of the product life cycle including solution design, requirement analysis , technical specifications, software design and development, testing , deployment and maintenance. •             Experience with customization and configuration of CRM , implementation , application deployments. •             Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Authentication, Performance and security aspects. •             Expertise in Dot Net framework, C#.Net, WCF Services, Windows Services, Console App, CRM SDK, XRM ToolBox, Powershell, MSSQL Server, TSQL. •             Expertise in Web Design technologies such as HTML, CSS,XML, SOAP , REST and Service Oriented Architecture. •             Knowledge of software development best practices (RUP, XP, Agile, Waterfall) •             Excellent experience with object oriented analysis and design patterns/techniques with emphasis on Dot Net technology •             Excellent application performance tuning and trouble shooting skills •             Ability to multitask and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. •             Experience with Design patterns and best practices •             Excellent verbal and written communication skills   Roles & Responsibilities:              Engage with customer SME / Architect and understand pain areas / project requirements effectively              Create functional Design, high quality solutions, CRM customizations.              Design / Architect MS Dynamics CRM solution for customer problem              Help create road map for the project              Provide technical leadership to project team for MS CRM projects              Derive and enforce best practices in MS CRM architecture / design / coding in MS CRM / Customization / Dot Net area              Work on multiple projects to provide technical leadership on MS CRM project implementation              Help enable MS CRM experts to next level by way of mentoring / taking trainings              Enforce best practices in MS CRM Business architecture and functional requirements, performance tuning              Anchor the Requirement Discussions with Business and IT Stakeholders              Hands on experience in MS Dynamics CRM required., Experience working in an agile Software Development project lifecycle, Experience in delivering CRM projects right from inception state till transition/go live using Dot Net / CRM / CRM SDK methodologies.
