This is a hands-on, multi-functional role in which you will work directly with clients as a trusted consultant to solve business problems using technology, design creative and efficient solutions, write everything from user stories to code, take ownership of projects, and lead a team of developers from kick-off through delivery. We are a team of highly motivated self-starters that strive to keep up with the changing technological landscape and we’re looking for candidates that share those traits.   What You’ll be Doing Gather and analyze requirements through observation, interviews, and workshops Design the technical architecture to meet projects needs and goals Identify features, write user stories, document and validate acceptance criteria, and estimate work in an agile fashion Lead a team of developers and participate in the development of the solutions Manage client expectations Scale, enhance, and maintain solutions Education, Experience, and Skills: Must have experience in all aspects of software project delivery Must have experience as a team lead Must have excellent knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC WebAPI, Entity Framework or similar ORMs. .NET CORE expertise preferred. Must have strong working knowledge of common design patterns and OOA&D Must have experience with SQL databases (NoSQL a plus) Must have great communication skills Modern web development is advancing at breakneck speeds in order to deliver better experiences more efficiently. Successful developers must be able to identify and rapidly learn new technologies. Experience building single page applications (SPAs) using frameworks such as Angular (4 and above), React, Riot, Ember, and/or Knockout a big plus Proficient with CSS3, as well as CSS meta languages such as SASS and LESS Love it or hate it, JavaScript is the language of the web.
