Please share your Resume if you’re interested.     AEM Tech Lead Role Madison, NJ 6+ months to hire Madison, NJ Visa: Green Card, US Citizen, H1B       Mandatory Skills: Adobe (AEM6+) Content Management (CMS) Experience  of creating OSGI bundle, CQ5 Components, Workflow, SOCO, Anthology Java/J2EE skills and OOPS  with  proficiency  design patterns Knowledge of Architectural patterns Good understanding  and work experience of Java Frameworks (like Struts, Spring etc.) Knowledge of CRX and Apache Sling Should be knowing UML diagrams (Usecase, Class, Sequence, Activity, Deployment) Should have experience in designing modules and components Exposure to  one or more end to end implementation on AEM Performance optimization and scalability in AEM Thorough understanding of AEM Security model with understanding of SSO Knowledge of various AEM components like MSM, Mobile, I18N, Tagging, Translation, Search etc. Experience of Migrating content from one legacy system to AEM Integration of CMS with CRM, E-commerce or portals.   Desirable Skills: Exposure to any other CMS AEM 6 Architect certification Web service implementation experience SEO optimization Understanding of various Adobe cloud services which can be integrated with AEM     Role Details Identifying the requirement  in discovery phase Identifying the NFRs and recommending approach to address these requirements Designing  Solution architecture Identifying components and Templates required Creating solutions and presenting to customers     Soft Skills Good team player Passion for engineering Result orientation Ability to adapt changes in technology and platform Excellent communication skills Ability to lead the team and resolve their issues                                                                                                                   Thanks & Regards   Amit Kumar IDC Technologies Inc.
