Production Support (3 positions, Phoenix AZ) – Billing Rate: (Profile Strength Based)

·       2 to 5 years of experience in production support – MF/Java/Unix/Distributed systems etc
·       Strong Knowledge in Production Support Processes ITIL Process Knowledge
·       Good Communication Skills, Working with various teams on Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management
