Job Description:-
Key Technical Skill : Strong in SQL and data mining techniques
Experience Level : 10+ Years
· Responsible for reporting, analyses, process solutions and support of multiple systems.
· Produce detailed and accurate documentation
· Work in depth with various business areas to understand processes and procedures
· Analysis skills to interview and gather requirements, and to ensure outputs meet requirements
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and demonstrates an accountability for their work
· Positive attitude and ability to learn multiple subjects at the same time
· Skills in teamwork, communication; adaptability; organizational technique, and decision making
· 10+ years of experience in Business and Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Migration, Data Integration and Metadata Management Services
· Should have experience in data analysis.
· Strong numerical, interpretative, analytical and diagnostic skills
· Should have experience in data collection & processing through importing, cleaning, transforming, validating or modeling data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes.
· Should utilize a variety of tools including Excel, SQL Server, Oracle, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
· Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements
· Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources
· Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for both external and internal users
· Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented for your sphere of influence
· Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes
