HCL Technologies is seeking for a PaaS Architect to join their Enterprise Platform Services practice team. This role has high visibility across Enabling Delivery units. We are looking for candidates with a strong vision for embracing disrupting technologies specifically in the PaaS domains.  Candidates should also have the application down approach to come up with strong solutions for customers with different needs.

 

As an Architect- OpenShift(Redhat), the candidate is responsible for the following.

  • Architect, Design and implement enterprise PaaS solutions based on RedHat OpenShift on variety of IaaS platforms like AWS, Azure, Vmware, openStack etc.
  • Ability to design High available, multi cloud and split cluster based OpenShift environment.
  • Must have strong experience in OCP (OpenShift), Redhat, Virtualization, VMware etc.
  • Should have technical experience in Java, and design and development knowledge of Micro services using any framework like Spring Boot, Nodes, etc.
  • Establish client requirements, design a Roadmap for various open source application platforms after thorough assessments on trending technologies and cost effective methodologies.
  • Build relationships with customers and vendors with strategic partnerships to lead the solutions.
  • Lead the OpenShift PaaS implementation as a product and take ownership of the transitions and transformations under this domain.
  • Liaison with cross-functional delivery team to develop strategies for influencing adoption of various open source platforms.

Professional Experience Requirements

 

•             6-10 years of experience in a customer-facing positions as a technology Consultant/Architect

•             5+ years’ experience architecting high traffic B2C, B2B websites.

•             Excellent hands on experience on Docker in setting up and managing private Docker Trusted Registry (DTR) and of developing as well as maintaining Docker images/containers for different technology stack.

•             Create modern application platform automation solutions based around containers and container orchestration, using technologies like Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host, Docker, and Kubernetes

•             Hands on experience with OpenShift manual/automated deployment and managing multiple environments.

•             Knowledge/experience in Containers (Docker, Swarm, Kubernetes)

•             Experience/Knowledge on micro services deployments and auto Scaling. Excellent knowledge of application development tools and software life cycle processes.

•             Must Have Hands on experience on OpenShift or Kubernetes set up installation & administration.

Job Description:

 

We are seeking a Sr. Identity Engineer to join its Information Security department.  The primary responsibility of this position is to develop, integrate, and deploy Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for geographically dispersed business units, personnel and customers.

 

This position will help manage the suite of IAM products, and work on various new and ongoing development/enhancement and application onboarding projects. The role will work closely with application developers and vendors to build, configure, test and implement IAM solutions that meet the business needs of the enterprise and are aligned and consistent with enterprise IT strategies and plans.



Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for architecture, implementation and engineering IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ technology.
  • Engineering and administration of IdentityIQ including but not limited to application onboarding, launching access certification and attestation campaigns
  • Design and develop provisioning and de-provisioning processes / workflows for accounts across various internal and external systems
  • Configure and develop adapters and connectors with various systems and databases for account provisioning, de-provisioning and updates to user accounts
  • Work with various business and application teams with their User Lifecycle Management provisioning requirements
  • Configure and develop access control roles for various applications to fulfill SOX compliance
  • Work with Information Security and Compliance teams to provide auditing and reporting facilities and processes
  • Work with Operations to deploy and integrate new technologies into the current environments
  • Work with Enterprise Architecture and Business teams to identify new areas where IAM can be utilized and enhance IAM capabilities to address new business needs.
  • Integrates SailPoint solution with in-house and third party applications for birthright provisioning, access request approval and fulfillment, provisional, custom workflows etc.
  • Performs IAM technical support and development, including monitoring and responding to server events, ensuring data replication, gathering IAM statistics, and performing general maintenance by working with Level 2 and/or Level 3 operations personnel.
  • Manage existing IAM infrastructure and provide Level 2/3 support. Work with help desk and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve/ fix issues and bugs. After-hours work as needed for Level 3 escalations and/or deployments.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business
  • J2EE Certification and/or CISSP certification are highly desirable
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with SailPoint Identity IQ or other Identity Management provisioning systems.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience with LDAP/Directory Server design, engineering and support.
  • Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix
  • Experience with programming languages like Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets
  • Experience with Web Technologies: SPML/SOAP, web and application servers, XML
  • Deep understanding of and experience with access governance products such as SailPoint
  • Solid understanding of SOX requirements for access governance
