· Experience with developing routing strategies using IRD and Composer
· Experience in developing for both Genesys Voice and Multimedia(email, SMS, iWD, etc.) applications
· Experience integrating IRD and Composer strategies with Web Service callouts
· Experience with troubleshooting routing applications
· Experience working with a hybrid call center environment with Avaya, Genesys, Verint and Audiocodes
Position # 2: Genesys Admin.
JD:
· Experience in creating the Routing Strategy using Composer is added advantage.
· Hands on experience in Deploying and Developing Genesys Reporting (ICON, InfoMart, CCPulse, Advisor, GI2)
· Hands on experience in Deploying and Developing CCPulse reporting
· Genesys eServices / Multimedia
· Genesys Outbound
Position # 3: Salesforce Consultant
JD:
Basic Qualifications
· 8+years of related experience in Salesforce
· Should be a good team member
· Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
· Experience with Service Cloud and Communities
· Strong technical foundation with advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, Salesforce DX
· Experience working in Agile environments
· Experience working with code migration tools like Git, Jenkins etc.
