Role Description/Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
• Experience with ServiceNow AD, LDAP, and Single Sign On integration
• Experience working in a complex corporate setting and interfacing with service delivery owners inside and outside of a typical IT department.
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with ServiceNow Agent Intelligence, Operational Intelligence and Virtual Agent a plus.
