Qualifications: 
•    Passionate developer with at least 8 years of development experience on the Microsoft ASP.NET stack, and at least 3 years of development experience on the Sitecore MVC platform
•    Significant, demonstrated experience and expertise in the following technologies: 
o    Sitecore Experience Platform
o    ASP.NET MVC/Web API
o    Object-oriented/architectural design patterns
o    Infrastructure design and DevOps
o    Modern front-end development
o    Git and Gitflow
o    Modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular
•    Deep understanding of the digital marketing capabilities of Sitecore and best practices for customization and implementation
•    Expert-level knowledge of modern technologies and software development practices and patterns.
•    Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical considerations, trade-offs and recommendations
•    Sitecore certification
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills
