Very strong customer service orientation. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.   Top responsibilities:  Establish, review and revise Data Center technical and administrative policies and procedures. Schedule and oversee activities of the Center's 24x7 operations in providing optimum customer support. Oversee planning, ordering installation and placement of machine room equipment and services; manage equipment inventory.
