Prior experience is managing an onshore-Offshore QA Team.
Expertise in designing Automation framework and implementing it.
Ability to coordinate with clients and team alike.
Well versed in different Testing types. Primarily Functional, Automation and Performance testing.
SFDC knowledge is a plus.
Experience in creating Test Strategy, Test Schedule and Test Plan.
Creating weekly, daily and monthly reports.
Assigning tasks and tracking closure.
Mitigating risks and issues.
