Job Title : Program Manager Job Location : Bilerica, MA Job Type : Contract Client Name : Hexaware   Job Description : *Competency skill doesn''t have exact skill" Program  Manager - Life Science Experience Candidate must have 25+ Years of experience in Program  management Should have managed larger life science programs end to end Should have excellent interpersonal skills and have ability to work with business stakeholders Must have experience in implementing Veeva vault is an added advantage Should work with cross functional leaders (IT and Business) to ensure fulfillment of portfolio, program, and project objectives associated with software, platform, and IT delivery Execute & facilitate organizational planning & roadmap activities across departmental boundaries. Must actively communicate the status of the program and ensure the Executive & Senior leadership team along with key organizational stakeholders are kept up to date Must actively align the program and portfolio objectives,  establishing best practices across delivery teams with an alignment of IT PMO Should provide guidance to  delivery and operational leaders on process best practices for communication, risk management, agility, lean thinking, etc. Must  have experience giving presentations to Director levels and above & be comfortable speaking publicly Should identify, implement, and measure process and delivery improvements.
