Duration: 6+ months contract
Job Summary :
The Parts Business Development Analyst is based in Issaquah and is responsible for executing several key business functions within the Tires domain space. This role will report to the Manager and the role will also be responsible for creating the strategic roadmap for existing programs while identifying new directions to take the programs. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen with an attention to detail. The role will be required to interface with senior management and must be comfortable creating and presenting presentations to large groups. This role is highly independent, the candidate should be able to set objectives themselves, think through key steps strategically and execute tasks tactically. Finally, the candidate must be able to collaborate and align diverse groups; several different business units work together to achieve annual sales objectives.
Primary Responsibilities :
Program development and ongoing management
Manage existing programs and continue to identify future opportunities
Manage relationships with vendors responsible for program execution Digital strategy
Manage existing programs and launch new ecommerce product offering to drive retailer installed accessory sales
Annually audit business objectives and opportunities of existing programs
Align and coordinate with wholesale business development field team
Coordinate with the wholesale field team to develop the wholesale business
Key Competencies/Abilities :
Bachelor’s required; graduate degree a plus.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, exceptional understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
Organized, logical and detail oriented – should be able to think through the numbers and identify inconsistencies
5+ years of experience in program management or equivalent
Self-motivated and able to drive tasks to completion with minimal oversight
Team-player who can drive business objectives through consensus agreement
