Location : Plano, TX.

Job Description:

 

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in release management experience in Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Should be able to Configure required Data Extensions, E-Mails, Contents and other activities (Microsites, User-Initiated mails, Triggered E-Mails, Programs).
  • To work on Salesforce Objects in retrieving data from Salesforce Objects to target application
  • To work on Automations under Automation Dashboard with in SFMC tool.
  • Knowledge on Journeys using Contact Builder & Journey Builder Dashboards.
  • Knowledge on Journey Builder in Building Journeys & Automations in Automation Studio.
  • Team Management
  • Client communication & Requirements gathering.
  • Walkthrough of projects for new Client for making them understand Email Marketing Domain
  • Accounting for any dependencies and risks along the way; identify issues and perform root-cause analysis to ensure they are not repeated.
  • Facilitate release activities across all Salesforce development teams, ensuring easy and timely deployments across environments (e.g. Salesforce.com, Heroku, DevOps Applications)
  • Work with Salesforce Development Team(s) to maintain allowed Test coverage in salesforce and resolve all the Deployment errors.
  • Monitor all lower environments (Salesforce Sandboxes) for release process / creating and synchronizing sandbox metadata and appropriate data sets
  • Validate Post Release Activities /Track release metrics to improvement and report successes/failures to stakeholders and Teams
  • Work with Salesforce Support Team – Coordinate Salesforce Release Calls, MCS Calls, Support Activities.

  • Salesforce platform developer certified
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Social Specialist
